Tal is leading the investment management process across all Northwind platforms. He oversees investment strategies, business development, legal, tax, finance, and relationships with Northwind investors, advisors and partners. He is also responsible for internal compliance and risk management of Northwind Group. Tal Joined Northwind after 5 years with PCM, the investment arm of Bank Hapoalim, where he served as a managing director, executing and managing investments, JVs and funds sponsorships predominately in the real estate sector. Previously, Tal served as head of alternative investments and manager of overseas real estate at Phoenix insurance, one of the largest insurance companies in Israel. Throughout his career Tal was involved in direct real estate transactions amounting to $2 billion and played a key role in the formation of several funds and strategic partnerships in the space. Tal is a retired Captain in the Criminal Investigations Division of the IDF. He graduated from the Coller School of Management and the Buchmann Law School in Tel Aviv University (both magna cum laude). Following his graduation, Tal worked at Yigal Arnon & Co Law firm and KPMG Advisory and admitted as an attorney in 2007 and as a CPA in 2009.
