Seth is responsible for sourcing and executing new opportunities for Northwind’s Debt Fund as well as spearheading asset management activities for Northwind’s various investments. In addition, Seth assists with business development, underwriting, due diligence processing, reporting, and investor relations across Northwind’s various verticals. Prior to joining Northwind, Seth worked as an Originator for Walker & Dunlop’s bridge lending platform where he actively sourced and closed senior and mezzanine loans. Prior to working at Walker & Dunlop, Seth worked as an investment banking analyst within the Real Estate Syndications group at Wells Fargo Securities. Seth graduated with a B.S in Finance and a M.S in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
