Neil oversees all accounting, financial, reporting, tax compliance and investor communication activities of Northwind Group. Neil possesses over 25 years of accounting experience, including 20 years leading the accounting and reporting teams at real estate investment companies. Over the years Neil garnered experience designing and implementing accounting and reporting systems and procedures at multiple real estate companies with AUM between $1 - $3 billion. Neil has a background structuring and executing solutions to complicated financial situations and monitors the execution of Northwind’s financial strategy. Neil leads the entire accounting team on cash and investment management activities, budgeting and forecasting, audit matters, and borrower and lender relations. Neil began his career on the audit staff at Laventhol and Horwath, serving clients in a variety of industries, including real estate.
