Liam is responsible for the initial and ongoing valuation of debt investments for Northwind’s CRE Debt Fund as well as asset management across Northwind’s existing debt investments. Liam also assists in preparing investor materials and sourcing new opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining Northwind, Liam worked an as Originations Associate at Prime Finance and as a Research Analyst at CBRE. Liam holds a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University.
