Leonidas joined Northwind as a CRE Asset Manager. He is responsible for the CRE team’s asset management including loan servicing ensuring business plan implementation and execution. Immediately prior to Northwind, he was the VP of Construction for a private credit fund focusing on NYC assets.  In his 10-year career, Leonidas has worked as an architect, a lead construction superintendent, and a construction project manager prior to pivoting to real estate finance. He holds a BSc. in Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, and a Master’s in Management with concentrations in Real Estate Investment & Strategy from Harvard Extension School. He is a member of the ULI and the USGBC.
