Krista Palleschi oversees all legal matters across Northwind’s business activities and investment platforms, including real estate and healthcare credit, fund formation, capital markets, risk management, and compliance. Prior to joining Northwind, Krista served as Vice President, Legal at Hodes Weill & Associates, where she advised on all global legal and regulatory matters affecting the firm’s business. She previously served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel at BGO, providing legal support to the firm’s fundraising, investment, and asset management teams. Krista began her legal career as an associate in the real estate practices of Goodwin Procter LLP and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. She holds a B.A. from Columbia University and a J.D., cum laude, from Notre Dame Law School.
