Jonathan is responsible for developing strategy, sourcing opportunities, and overseeing all activities related to Northwind’s senior living and healthcare investments. Since joining Northwind, Slusher has led the execution of more than $3 billion in healthcare related real estate transactions and positioned Northwind as the dominant mezzanine loan provider in skilled nursing & senior housing. Prior to Northwind, Jonathan spent more than 10 years at KeyBank, the latter half as part of KeyBank’s market leading healthcare real estate team that provides capital and advisory solutions to public REITs, private equity sponsors and private owner/operators. Jonathan graduated from Ohio University and lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and two children.
