Joe is responsible for sourcing and executing new opportunities for Northwind’s senior living and healthcare debt fund and equity platform, as well as overseeing all aspects of due diligence, underwriting, and loan servicing. Joe brings over a decade of experience in commercial lending, where he most recently spent more than six years with KeyBank’s market-leading healthcare real estate team that provides capital and advisory solutions to public REITs, private equity sponsors, and private owner / operators. Joe holds a B.S. in Finance from the State University of New York at Brockport and now lives in Cleveland with his wife and three children.
